We offer lifestyle and nutritional counseling, Fullscript access at 20% off retail, 3x4 Genetics testing, micronutrient testing and other lab tests.

During your first visit, you will meet with Kristine over the phone to discuss your health concerns and goals. During our discussion I will recommend a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve your wellness goals. Your treatment plan will consist of nutritional advice, nutritional supplementation recommendations, recommendations for exercise, sleep, meditation, lab tests and more.

I charge $90 an hour for nutritional/lifestyle counseling. If you end up doing laboratory testing there will be lab costs and, if required, my hourly fee for interpretation/recommendations. 

Yes! I am not a physician and therefore cannot diagnose, treat or cure, but I can recommend healthy dietary supplementation, nutritional and lifestyle measures, epigenetic counseling, and laboratory tests to help optimize your health.

Fullscript is an online platform for easy access to professional brand vitamins, supplements and other healthy lifestyle products. After a free 20 minute consultation with Kristine you will get a supplement regime to meet your health goals and Fullscript access at 20% off retail pricing. 

Fullscript has 1:1 relationships with each of its brand partners and can pinpoint the sources of their products. Their distribution centers specialize in supplements, vitamins, minerals, and other wellness products — nothing else. Label claims are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements. Fullscript tests certain products for ingredient validation and contaminants. Distribution centers are audited annually for cleanliness, temperature controls, maintenance, and pest control. You will only receive products that are non-expired. Many supplement resellers on other sites do not have brand permission, and the brand will not back up products purchased there.

Only health care providers can invite you to create a Fullscript account. Most healthcare providers who offer Fullscript usually charge full price or give only a small discount. Kristine aims to provide a deeper discount (20% off)along with personalized support for ongoing questions.

Make an appointment for a free 20 minute consultation and Kristine will recommend a supplement regime based on your health objectives. Within 24 hours you will receive an email invite from Fullscript to join The Lifestyle Remedy Dispensary. Once you create your account you will receive instructions on how to navigate your Smart Dispensary and place an order.

While you are using your Fullscript account, you are invited to contact Kristine once yearly free of charge for a 20 minute call to update your supplement recommendations. For brief questions you may text or email Kristine as needed. You may also contact Kristine for nutritional/lifestyle consultations at $90 an hour. 

Yes, most people will be approved to order all items available from Fullscript. Some people may prefer to be shown only a limited dispensary, which can be set up as needed.

Fullscript offers FREE standard shipping on orders of $50 or more. Priority shipping on orders $50 or more is $4.95. Orders under $50 are $8.75 for standard shipping and $11.95 for Priority shipping. Fullscript puts great care into packaging orders, with protective materials and cold packs added for temperature-sensitive products.

Yes, auto-ship will receive an additional 5% discount. There may be other promotions from time to time, which you will be notified of via email.

3x4 is an epigenetic testing company. They offer a unique DNA pathway analysis approach focusing on gene functions rather than disease risk. Your results will provide easily actionable insights for health and disease management. Kristine will provide professional guidance to help you understand and apply your results to your personal health and lifestyle choices.

Genetics make up the baseline “code” by which your body functions. These 36 pathways are evaluated on a low-medium-high-very high scale, showing how close/far you are from optimal. This is a lot of information, but I will help you understand your results and provide easily actionable insights that you can apply to your daily life.
