You may sign up for either a 10 minute free consultation or a one hour visit for $90. Areas in which I can offer assistance with include (but are not limited to): Epigenetics, lifestyle and exercise management, food sensitivities, chemical sensitivity, weight management, nutrient dense whole food eating, GAPS/SCD, Paleo, longevity, Mast Cell Activation Disorder, recipes, nutritional supplementation, preventative health, chronic conditions, holistic health and health optimization. 

You may sign up for a 15 minute free consultation during which I will collect your contact info and order a 3x4 Genetics test kit to be sent to your home. The test is a simple and pain-free cheek swab. Send your sample back to 3x4Genetics and results will take about 4 weeks to process after received. We will then go over your results together during an hour appointment which is $90.

I currently recommend Vibrant America for micronutrient testing, but there are other quality tests available. These tests measure the amount of each nutrient inside the cell. Most micronutrient tests also measure extracellular levels to determine if one is supplementing too much. Results from individuals who are not supplementing generally show that they are not getting enough of some nutrients. Common nutrient deficiencies include magnesium, D3, Omega 3s, and some B vitamins. Knowing these levels is key to understanding your nutritional requirements at a given time. Correcting deficiencies may positively impact your overall health and well-being.
