When you book an appointment for a 1 hour consultation with me, we will discuss the health challenges you are currently experiencing, review your health history so that I may better understand what has led you to your current health status, and determine your goals for the future. Based on our discussion, I will recommend a unique lifestyle plan for you to implement. I will always listen carefully to your needs and only make recommendations that you are comfortable with and confident about. For more details please see the "Services" page. 1 hour sessions are currently $90.
Begin with 3x4 Genetics:
If you want to proceed with 3x4 Genetic counseling, please contact me via phone, text or email and I will place an order for your 3x4 Genetics cheek swab. You will receive your test kit and collect your sample at home, then send the package back to 3x4 Genetics. Your sample will be analyzed in their lab, and you will receive the results in about a month. I will contact you to make an appointment to interpret your results. The 3x4 Genetic test is currently $299 and the interpretation of the results is $90 for 1 hour.
